Emerging Chefs event sold out!!

Hey all foodies out there! Just heard word of a culinary event, “Aprhodisiacs” as Presented by Chef Matthew Mytro. It’s being hosted at one of my favorite places, Velvet Tango Room. They have secured the event so that you can only enter with the secret password – sent out on the day of the event (today) to those who bought tickets.

Bad news – sold out! Bummer. I really wish I heard about this earlier because it sounds so unique and  divine. Hopefully they will have another event soon. If you are attending or know anyone that is, please send comments to me as I am extremely interested on how it went.

This is a description of the event per the link, http://www.emergingchefs.com/events/

The naughty goddess Aphrodite will serve as muse and inspiration when Emerging Chefs celebrate with a wickedly delightful take on “Aphrodisiacs” by Cleveland’s most edgy chef  – Matthew Mytro.
Cleveland’s world famous Velvet Tango Room will serve as the backdrop for this unique event. Each guest will be offered a magnificent muse-portioned four-course service of Chef Mytro’s modern take on culinary Aphrodisiacs. Each plate will then be meticulously paired with a cordial-sized cocktail tasting. A full-service bar will offer made to order cocktails, wines and beers for those who desire additional libations.
Chef Mytro will talk you through his inspiration for each dish, and Velvet Tango Room’s proprietor Paulius will be making a special guest appearance. And to keep the secrets of aphrodisiacs to ourselves – Emerging Chefs have secured the private lounge that can only be accessed with a “secret password” (sent to all guests the day off the event).
Tickets are limited for this event. Be a part of what is sure to be one of 2011’s most evocative events.
